NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF
THE
THATCHER TOWN COUNCIL
April 13, 2010
Pursuant
to A.R.S. 38 431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Town Council
of the Town of Thatcher and the general public that the Town Council will hold
a Public Hearing and its Regular Meeting
that are open to the public on April 13, 2010 beginning at 7:00 PM., in the
Council Chambers, Thatcher Town Hall, located at 3700 West Main Street,
Thatcher, Arizona. As indicated in
the following Agenda the Council may vote to go into Executive Session in their
regularly scheduled meeting, which will not be open to the public, to discuss
certain matters allowable under A.R.S. 38-431.03

Comments are limited to 5 minutes and the Council may only direct staff
to study the matter, respond to criticism or schedule the matter for a future
meeting.
