Article 29-12 C-MH Conventional Mobile Home District
Section 29-12-1 Purpose
The purpose of this zoning district is to provide a district where single-family conventional and mobile homes may be interspersed.
Section 29-12-2 Definition
"Conventional and Mobile Home District" shall mean a plat of land divided into lots for conventional housing and mobile home use on a permanent basis. This district shall provide for medium density conventional and mobile housing and shall be located in older developed areas of the Town where such development is already evident.
Section 29-12-3 Use Requirements
- Requirements and restrictions pertaining to area and width of
lots, the location of buildings and structures, the size of yards
and open space, the height and size of buildings, and the percentage
of the lot that may be occupied shall be as set forth in Section
29-18-1 of this title relating to the C-MH Zone.
