Article 29-13 Mobile Home Subdivision District

Section 29-13-1 Purpose

The purpose of this zoning district is to provide a district where a single family living in their own mobile home on property they own may enjoy the same advantage as a conventional home owner. The mobile home district is separated by a buffer area from conventional homes.

Section 29-13-2 Definition

"Mobile Home District" shall mean a plat of land divided into lots for mobile home use on a permanent basis. This district shall provide for medium density mobile home housing and shall be located in older developed areas of the Town where such development is already evident.

Section 29-13-3 Use Requirements

  1. Requirements and restrictions pertaining to area and width of lots, the location of buildings and structures, the size of yards and open space, the height and size of buildings, and the percentage of the lot that may be occupied shall be as set forth in Section 29-18-1 of this title relating to the MHS Zone.
